your tutor
Hello, I'm Gail. I'm an art educator, artist and designer. I love teaching art and creating art works. I'd like to share the joy of art making with you in a relaxing studio where you can meet like minded artists.
I qualified in Visual Communication from Sydney College of the Arts and began my career as a graphic designer in print media, then T.V., publishing and design studios. Several decades later with a Diploma of Education Secondary Visual Art, University of Tasmania, I moved to the Sunshine Coast where I taught Visual Art to secondary school students.
Ten years ago I opened an art studio to teach adults and teens traditional art skills and exciting contemporary art processes through drawing, painting and printmaking.
So... if you're beginning your artistic journey or have experience,
get away from your daily routine for a few hours to discover new ways of representing the world around you... you'll be rewarded.
